Concur with this comment. Our current rig is 14 years old and one of the three slide outs did start leaking last year, but come on, it ha no problems for 13 years and only one leaked. Frankly, you should worry a lot more about roof maintenance and window seals (Had the former, which necessitated roof reseal, and two windows leak which I fixed myself.)
