Hello fellow campers,

We’ve got a trip booked next week by ourselves but it’s 6 hours away. With case counts rising, I’m starting to get concerned about it. If we could magically transport ourselves, I wouldn’t have any concerns. We will be more remote at our destination than we are at home.

But the trip there and back concerns me. We will have to stop for gas. We will have to reload on propane. Heaven forbid something bad happens but if we need help along the way, we are putting ourselves and others at risk. We’re going to do our best to minimize required interactions but there’s only so much we can do. If we travel, especially beyond a couple of hours, I feel we take on the risk of interactions.

So how is everybody else here balancing the rising case counts with travel? Has it deterred you at all? Changed behaviors?
