Application Process

In an effort to make the application process go smoothly and run efficiently we have broken it down here:

Step 1:      We do NOT have an age restriction on RVs but do like to confirm they are in good shape if they are older than 7 years old.  If your RV is over 7 years old please text 1 or 2 pictures of the exterior of your RV to the owner, Lance Day, at 817-752-4635 and include the year and length of your RV.     Lance will get back with you in immediately.  

Step 2:     Complete an application in writing at our office or complete our secure online application at    The online application is a 2 step process.  You fill out minimal information to create an account and then an automated email will be sent to you immediately and will include a link to complete the  remaining portion of the secure application.  If you don’t receive the automated email after submitting the first portion of the application within 1 minute  then please check in your “junk email” box for that email.

Step 3:   After we run the free background check(s) we will notify you to make arrangements to collect the deposit to hold your space.   You can sign our agreement and pay for the remaining portion of the month upon your arrival.
